The Rarotongan Beach Resort & Spa's Parataito - Wedding made in Heaven is an exiting ceremony filled with all things uniquely Rarotongan - warriors, dancing and drumming to entertain, leading up to the ceremony of your choice. The Minister or Celebrant, Witnesses, your Marriage License and transfers to the Registrar of Marriages, your personal wedding planner and island gift from the Rarotongan Beach Resort & Spa are all included.
On the big day itself the Bride makes a dramatic entrance to the ceremony, borne aloft by warriors in a decorated vaka (outrigger canoe). Also included are traditional island drummers, dancers with island stringband, Methode Champenoise, a two-tier wedding cake, platter of canaps and island fruits.
This extensive package also features a fresh flower archway, tropical flower crown and deluxe bouquet for the Bride, neck ei garland for the Groom, the ceremonial planting of the Uto (young coconut palm) and Flame Torches (for a sunset ceremony).
A photographer records your big day (80 photos in a beautifully bound album, plus negatives are included) or a videographer can be available (your receive an edited video).
Later the couple dines on a three-course candlelit dinner under the stars with their own personal waiter. The happy couple are also treated to an Aromatherapy Full body massage at Spa Polynesia.
