Cancellation Policies - Once a booking has been confirmed the following cancellation policies will apply.

* Outside 30days prior to expected arrival date- no charge
* Between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival - a fee of the relevant room rate equal to 1 night will be charged
* Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival will incur a 2-night cancellation fee charged at the relevant room rate.
