The villas are built with modern and environmentally friendly materials, without any loss of comfort to guests. All villas are 100% insulated and insect screened.Each of the Popoara Ocean Breeze Villas has a kitchen with ceramic cook tops and appliances for most requirements. There is an under- bench fridge with a modestly stocked mini bar. Hot water for the kitchen and shower is supplied from individual solar panels and a separate drinking water supply is located on each bench.The large open plan studio villas have a queen size bed or twin beds plus lounge chairs and a coffee table. The floors are tiled for coolness and cleanliness. The villas are cooled by over-head fans. Although there is no swimming beach on site, Ootu beach is only a five minute stroll away. Samade's Bar and Restaurant is just 5 minutes down the road.
